The House of Representatives says it is set to investigate the death of thirteen indigenous residents of Bonny Island in Rivers State who have died under mysterious circumstances.

The motion sponsored by Honourable Awaji-Inombek Abiante and twelve other lawmakers wants a thorough investigation so as to unearth the cause of their death

Honourable Abiante also wants relief materials to be provided to those affected in Bonny Island community
